Payment processing 

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days. Those times are subject to change if stated otherwise in product description. Please note, your tracking number will update once the Shipping carrier has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship most orders through UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment
numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Fearless Souls is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof.

Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging, tags still in tact, and no odor.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.

Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. Fearless Souls will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.

Once product is received at our location we will email you to complete the exchange process.
